1623 Construction of the manor house by a member of De Castriesattached to the Château de Paniscoule
1900 Upon the death of the Countess De Castries, the estate becomes the summer residence of Abel Sautel and his wife
1936 It is sold to their neighbor, Jacqueline André-Thomé. His daughter, Éléonore, marries Baron Sapion du Roure de Beaujeu
August 7 François Brahin transforms the estate into a hotel and renames it « Ventadous »
