🕰️ A house steeped in history

  • 1623 Construction of the manor house by a member of De Castriesattached to the Château de Paniscoule

  • 1900 Upon the death of the Countess De Castries, the estate becomes the summer residence of Abel Sautel and his wife

  • 1936 It is sold to their neighbor, Jacqueline André-Thomé. His daughter, Éléonore, marries Baron Sapion du Roure de Beaujeu

  • August 7 François Brahin transforms the estate into a hotel and renames it « Ventadous »
